What is the Core Rebuild Course? 

An 6-week exercise course created to help you safely strengthen your postnatal body by targeting your weak pelvic floor, lower back aches, and that stubborn “stomach gap” (diastasis recti)—so you can rebuild your core from the ground up.

This course is for mums regardless of the age of their baby/child; as it is always the right time to look after your core.

Each week, I will take us through a guided workout featuring safe, targeted exercises, hands-on support, and a welcoming atmosphere that respects your unique postpartum journey. your core, glutes, and hips after childbirth. Using a mix of equipment, body weight work, abdominal reconnection & engagement, advance techniques and basic exercise moves you will begin to feel stronger, grounded & more supported in your post baby body.

Plus, you’ll receive an online training covering essential postnatal body basics; I deep dive into explaining the science, autonomy and physiology behind the past, present and future of your body so you'll understand exactly how to move, breathe, and recover with confidence.

Foundation & Core Activation

  • Reconnect with Your Body: Learn proper breathing techniques, how to engage your abdominals and gentle pelvic floor exercises.

 Strengthen & Stabilize

  • Glute & Hip Focus: Add targeted exercises to stabilize your pelvis and support overall lower-body strength, work on reconnecting with your glutes, strengthening your hips and beating SPD pain for good.
  • Improve Posture: Develop better alignment to alleviate common postnatal aches and pains allowing you to readdress every day back aches and strains.
  • Feel the Progress: Notice a stronger connection between your core, hips, and glutes.

  • Schedule: Mondays or Wednesdays at 11:15. Each session is 1 hour.

  • Location: Basingstoke Barn HQ in Dummer (Junction 7 or M3)

  • Price: one time payment of ÂŁ60. 

  • Spaces: Limited to 10 participants per session to ensure personalized attention.

  • BRAND NEW: I am trialing this course with an option to join classes virtually, if you can not join us in person you can join us virtually for each session. You will not be able to catch up if you miss a session; like with any class, if you miss it you miss the class. 
  • Weekly take home: Each week you will get a downloadable copy of the exercises performed in class to go away and continue to practice.
