What is the Core Rebuild Course?

The Core Rebuild course is a 6-week exercise program designed to help you target and strengthen your back, core, hips, and legs. If you're dealing with nagging back pain, weak muscles, or discomfort during your daily activities, this course is for you.

This program is perfect for mums at any stage—because it’s always the right time to rebuild and support your body.

Each week, you’ll follow a series of targeted, exercise-driven workouts designed to directly strengthen your back, core, hips, and legs—the powerhouse of your body. With a focus on building strength and eliminating pain, we’ll address weaknesses and give you the tools to feel stronger and more supported.

What you’ll get:

  • Core Activation & Strengthening: Reconnect with your body and target deep core muscles through specific exercises that directly activate and strengthen your core. This part of the course is designed to address lower back pain, as well as improving core engagement.

  • Targeting the Powerhouse: Your glutes, quads, and hips are the powerhouse of your body—responsible for supporting and stabilizing your movements. We’ll focus on strengthening these key muscle groups to alleviate back pain, improve mobility, and give you more control over your body.

  • Strengthening Your Back: Direct exercises targeting your lower back to build strength, reduce discomfort, and provide relief from chronic pain. These exercises will ensure that your back isn’t overcompensating for weaknesses in other areas.

  • Legs & Hips Focus: Strengthening your quads, glutes, and hips will not only improve your posture but also help reduce pain in your lower back, pelvis, and legs. Through specific movements, you’ll feel more grounded and supported as you address any pain or weakness in these areas.

  • Endurance & Stability: As your strength increases, we’ll incorporate more advanced movements to help you build endurance and total-body stability. You’ll finish the program feeling more confident in your ability to handle everyday activities without pain or discomfort.

Schedule: Mondays or Wednesdays at 11:15. Each session is 1 hour.

Location: Basingstoke Barn HQ in Dummer (Junction 7 or M3)

Price: one time payment of £60. 

Spaces: Limited to 10 participants per session to ensure personalized attention.

Those coming to class in person will also be able to access online content and repeat the class in their own time to continue working on and strengthening their back & core. Reduced cost of £55
