I’m a qualified Level 4 Nutritionist and have over 10 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, specializing in postnatal recovery. I know how to get awesome weight loss results without cutting out the foods you love, endless calorie counting, or spending hours in the gym.
My family runs on chicken nuggets most days, and I’m fueled by caffeine and chocolate—and that’s not changing anytime soon! I’m here to help you make weight loss work for your busy life, without all the sacrifice.
