Note: All classes are baby-friendly unless otherwise stated. SGPT and evening Pilates are child-free.

Class Descriptions

Mum & Baby Exercise Classes

Fun, energetic classes for mums and their little ones. Expect a mix of strength, cardio, and circuits in a relaxed, baby-friendly space. From 6 weeks postnatal to school-age and beyond.

Core Strength Course

A 6-week course blending Pilates-style control with functional movement to target core, back, hips, and glutes. Perfect for easing pain, improving posture, and building confidence.

SGPT (Small Group PT)

Child-free, evening training sessions with a small group of like-minded mums. Strength-focused, coach-led, and limited to 10 for personalised support. Expect results and fun!

Pilates (Coming Soon)

Gentle, low-impact sessions to stretch, strengthen, and support your body. Evening classes designed for mums who want to wind down and restore strength without pressure.

1-2-1 PT

Private sessions for mums who want fully tailored support. Great for injury rehab, returning to exercise, or building strength and confidence at your own pace.
