Weâll take it slow, rebuilding your cardio, strength, and stamina in a way that feels right for you and your body. Itâs all about feeling good again, at your pace, with your baby by your side. Plus, youâll be part of a supportive tribe of mums who are in the trenches with you, ready to share the laughs and challenges of this journey.

The Details:
New Mum Classes run every Monday & Wednesday at 13:30 in Dummer, Basingstoke.
The term is 6 weeks long.Â
Class sessions are an hour long and always end in cuppas and chit chat đ
