Hey New Mumma! Congratulations on your baby 💜

Motherhood, regardless how many kiddies you have, is exhausting. Take it from me, a mum of 4, every baby brings a different experience but the sleep deprivation never changes or gets any easier. 

Among the newborn ciaos there is very little time for you, washing your hair becomes a mission, cleaning your teeth often gets forgotten and life becomes a clock watching, bottle sterilizing, bum sniffing world of baby cuddles and baby brain.

But within it all there is a small part of you that feels a bit lost and missing. Once your body stops feeling beaten from pregnancy and birth you start to notice how it needs to feel woken up, shaken out of the fog and you feel a desire to get it moving again. 

This is where we've got your back, our specifically tailored New Mum are what you need.

What is different about these classes to our other mixed age classes?

💜 We cap the age of babies that come to class, we generally say babies can come until they are moving. This keeps the crazy level low, in our other classes there are lots of toddlers, crawlers and walkers. The last thing you want is a walker over enthusiastically bopping your bubba in the head.

💜 In all our classes the community of mums is incredible but in these classes you can meet other mums with similar aged babies all going through the same experiences as yourself. Friendships are formed over cuppas.

💜 Everything we doin all out classes are suitable for all ailments and safe for postnatal bodies but even more so in these classes. Whereas in the other classes the intensity and time period of exercise is a little longer, in these classes we strip it back and reintroduce you to fitness gently.

💜 Our other mixed age classes are awesome and a lot of fun, but they can be slightly overwhelming for a new sleep deprived mumma. Come join this class where you'll feel like you are stepping into your comfort zone with your new bubba right there with you. 

The Details:

New Mum Classes run every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:45 in Basingstoke.

This class runs in line with School terms  

Classes are an hour long and always end in cuppas and chit chat 🙂

😊 These classes are made up of other new mums, all in the same boat as you with new babies all navigating this highs and lows of baby life. We know first hand how important it is to have others around you who get it!

😊 Because we strip back of all anxiety of joining a busy exercise class. we remove that new mum worry of attending something new and the fear of not feeling up to your old self or fitness level.

😊 In our exercise classes it doesn't matter if your baby needs a cuddle, a nappy change or a feed; you can just get on and do worry free?

😊 Because in our exercise classes you will see your fitness level but also have the opportunity to sit and relax at the end to chit chat with those around you and enjoy a hot drink.
