In person classes are held at he Basingstoke Barn HQ in Dummer. 

Both choices include the full 6-week course plus the online training on postnatal body basics, ensuring you understand how to move and recover safely.

Classes run on:

  • Mondays at 11:15 (Including the virtual class)
  • Wednesdays at 11:15

You’ll receive expert guidance, flexible sessions, and ongoing support to help you rebuild your strength, improve your posture, and feel empowered in your postnatal journey.

*The online option is a new trial, feedback will be most welcome, session are available for catch up for 1 week only. You will not have life time access to the class workouts but will receive the exercise details for that week
