My name is Vicky and it is lovely to meet you. I own MummaBfit, I am the chief tea drinking biscuit dunker and will be holding this course.
I am so excited to bring this to you and help you really understand your body, what the hell has happened to it and how to rehabilitate and strengthen it. In my industry I see so many mums returning to exercise before their body is ready.
I see them dissolve into tears because the continual pain in their hips is becoming frustrating. I have clients who continually leak when performing daily tasks and clients who struggle to find advice and support on their stomach gaps.
I have carried 5 children and birthed 3 via C section. Each pregnancy has obliterated my body. In no particular order I have suffered with Pelvic Floor disfunction, carpool tunnel, tennis elbow, a hernia, Diastasis Recti, bursitis of the hips, prolapsed disc in my back, incontinence, PGP/SPD, migraines & erratic heart palpitations.
The worse was PGP, for the final 3 months of my second pregnancy I was on crutches, I could not walk unaided and found myself bed bound at the very end.
I have experienced 1 planned and 2 emergency C-sections. One of my c-secs recovered text book perfect whilst through the other I picked up an internal infect and ended up back in hospital.
I haven't snapped back, I still have to work on myself, now 22 months on and in July 23 I had a procedure as a result of my last pregnancy.
I know what it is like to struggle, to feel exhausted with your body and in total despair. I know that frustration of just wanting to feel back to normal, healed and like your own person again.
These personal experiences combined with my qualifications puts me in the best possible place to help you. I specialise in Postnatal recovery, I have been doing this for 7 years, I have more experience and qualifications then I can shake a stick at and I am here to help you, help you feel like number 1, to feel confident and to heal and repair that delicate body of yours.

💙 6 Weekly classes to break it all down, help understand terminology, jargon & to remove fear. The class is practical & hands on.
💙 Learn how to breath properly again, reconnect with your pelvic floor, re- engage your core & strengthen it.
💙 Learn all about your core muscle groups, how they function, engage & make up the power house of your body.
💙 Understand how to encourage your DR to close and strengthen.
💙 Learn the beginning steps to rehabilitate and strengthen your pelvic floor.
💙 Target your core and work it, strengthen it & get it strong again.
