Becoming a mum is no joke, and getting back into exercise can feel like a big mountain to climb. If your body’s feeling unfamiliar and you’re not sure how to start, this 6-week New Mum & Baby Exercise Course is exactly what you need.

We’ll take it slow, rebuilding your cardio, strength, and stamina in a way that feels right for you and your body. It’s all about feeling good again, at your pace, with your baby by your side. Plus, you’ll be part of a supportive tribe of mums who are in the trenches with you, ready to share the laughs and challenges of this journey.

It’s about rebuilding your confidence, getting stronger, and carving out some time for yourself—while enjoying a cuppa and a good chat at the end!

What’s Included:

  • 6 Weekly Group Classes
    We’ll take things one step at a time, rebuilding your cardio, strength, and stamina with safe, gentle exercises. Taught by an experience postnatal exercise expert (me! Vicky!) we'll strip it back to basics, with no pressure, just progress at your own pace.

  • A Tribe of Mums
    You’ll be joining a community of mums who are right there with you—sharing laughs, struggles, and victories. You’re not alone in this!

  • Baby-Friendly Workouts
    Your little one is welcome to join in on the fun! Whether they're chilling in a stroller or joining you for tummy time, you’ll be able to move and bond at the same time. We have loads of equipment and baby paraphernalia to keep them settled & happy. 

  • End-of-Class Chit Chats & Cuppas
    After each session, we’ll wind down with a friendly chat and a well-earned cuppa. It’s the perfect time to relax, meet new friends, and & enjoy some you time. 

 Who This Course Is For:

This course is for mums who want to start moving again but aren’t sure where to begin. It’s perfect for you if:

  • You’ve just had a baby and are ready to get your body moving again but need a little support to feel confident.
  • You’ve lost your exercise mojo and want to feel strong and comfortable in your body once more.
  • Your body feels a bit alien and you’re craving something that’s just for you—something to help you feel good in your own skin again.
  • You’re looking for some ‘me time’ but also want to be able to bring your baby along for the journey and bond while you move.
  • Your baby is aged 6 weeks to 9 months and you're looking for a calmer environment away from our busier classes.

The Details:

New Mum Classes run every Monday & Wednesday at 13:30 in Dummer, Basingstoke.

The term is 6 weeks long. 

Class sessions are an hour long and always end in cuppas and chit chat 🙂
