MummaBfit
This membership bills every month on the 1st of the month.
Payment before such time will be taken prorata
Payment will be taken upon purchase and then the same date monthly thereafter
Free taster passed are one per person, additional weeks grantedĀ at owners discretion.Ā
Membership costs are totaled up over a 12 months divided over a 41 week period and billed monthly.
This is to allow for class closures and venue availability during half term and school holiday periods.
You will be emailed upon joining and advised of any class closures dates.
This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business should these be offered.
Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership and charged at an additional price.
Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable.
Your membership can be cancelled at any time.
MummaBfit will not issue refunds for missed classes, unused memberships or failure to cancel the membership in time
Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
The price you purchase your membership at will be the price for life until cancelled.
Should you return and reactivate a membership it will be done so in line with any price increase.
MummaBfit reserves the right to review payment costs in the April of every year.
MummaBfit are not responsible for those who exercise when they are not fit to do so or have been advised against it.
All exercising participants are to be over 6 weeks postnatal and fit to return to exercise, MummaBfit will not take responsibility for this.
Verbal PARQs are to be completed with the instructor and all ailments and injuries are that of the participant to inform the instructor.
MummaBfit are not responsible for children on the premises, the premises will be safe for children and never put a child at risk however parents are to supervise children AT ALL TIMES.
MummaBfit and their instructors reserve the right to refuse a participant access to the class without a refund and reserves the right to ask a person to leave.Ā
MummaBfit reserves to right to expect appropriate behavior on site and in class at all times.
MummaBfit will not tolerate abusive behavior to its staff, another participant or child. Not adhering to this may see you removed from class and membership cancelled without refund.Ā

By joining Revive & Thrive Online Coaching program you are agreeing to the following terms.
You, the client, are trading with a UK company, namely;

The following Terms and Conditions relate to the services offered by Revive & Thrive
Services offered refers to the Revive and Thrive 3 month payment subscription set up upon purchase.
Payment is taken through the software Stripe registered as Mission34, a previous program under the MummaBfit coaching umbrella. The Website software is Kajabi integrated with Stripe. The program is delivered through Kahunas.
Refunds will not be given once payment is made, you the client are to make payment as per the date of your subscription
All intellectual property including webinars, downloads and videos are property of MummaBfit
Client Obligations;
To adhere to the payment plan selected at point of purchase.
To make payment prior to the delivery of services.
To commit to the actions agreed, ensuring the best opportunity for return on investment.
To respect time, and avoid cancelling appointments prior to 48hrs before the agreed date.
To give full disclosure of medical issues, illnesses, aliments and known issues that may be related to a weight loss program in any way.
Revive & Thrive Obligations;
To treat you, the client, with confidentiality and sensitivity.
To deliver ‘Services’ (as detailed above) to the highest standard.
To respect time - cancellations made with less than 48hrs notice are replaced at our discretion.
To maintain the highest levels of learning and self-development.
To give 28 days notice of a request to cancel or terminate services.
To abide by the terms set out in our professional insurance. To abide by the company data and privacy policy as detailed above.
To never step beyond our scope of education, professional knowledge and qualifications. To never give medical advice and always get advice and guidance where appropriate and if required refer on to other professional services.
If Revive and Thrive coaches are unable to full fill their role due to the nature being beyond the scope of their practice, for example medical intervention is requited then a pro rata'd refund will be given
